Circulation and Giving

Universal laws affect us all and it is not just the law of attraction! There is the law of vibration, the law of rhythm, the law of polarity, just to name a few. In my Healing Synthesis courses I explore several of these universal laws. These words have to do with the law of circulation.

We cannot give what we do not have. It completes our energy. You cannot keep what you do not give. You cannot sustain what you do not receive. There has to be a flow, a circulation……

You must start where you are.

Giving out; giving your time, your talent, and your treasure. It is well known to give 10% back to the source of your inspiration.

Giving away; getting rid of the clutter in your life can open up your energy channels.

Giving up; patterns in our consciousness such as judgments, preferences, the should and should not, etc. Giving up begins with recognizing the patterns to begin with, paying attention and then slowly seeing those patterns as they seep into the consciousness. Eventually, you see the pattern more quickly.

Giving in; there is always a larger place in our consciousness wanting to come through our lives. Give in and allow it. Break through the shell to a larger life.

Giving thanks; having an attitude of gratitude. Give thanks for all of it, the good, the bad, the ugly. There is always lessons to be learned from the difficult, be grateful for all, leave nothing out.

Giving to yourself; it is not selfish to give to yourself. It is vital to take care of yourself. You can’t give to others if you are not taking care of yourself. Love and respect your needs and desires.

I was going through a notebook and found these beautiful and wise words. These are not my words, however the information contained within is designed to be shared. Forgive me for not giving acknowledgment where acknowledgment is due.

I am grateful that these wise words allowed me to find them once again! We cannot give what we do not have. We cannot keep what we do not give. This is the law of circulation.

Universal laws affect and change our physical bodies. If you are giving too much or too little it can literally make you sick. Improve your circulation by giving to yourself foods that stimulate and support circulation.

Here are some:

Ginger has been used for centuries for its medicinal qualities. It will lower blood pressure and improve circulation.

Cayenne Pepper with its active ingredient, capsaicin, is a potent vasodilator. A drink with hot water, lemon juice, a dash of honey and a bit of cayenne pepper will open up sinuses. It is great every day but especially when you have allergies or a cold. It has been shown to reduce plaque in arteries and you often find cayenne in pain relieving creams.

Walnuts, chia, flax, and fatty wild-caught deep ocean fish are rich in Omega 3 fats that decrease inflammation and support flexible healthy cell membranes and arteries so that nutrients can get into the body effectively and waste products can get out.

Berries and citrus fruits are loaded with anti-oxidants which decrease inflammation, reduce stiffness in arteries, and can lower blood pressure.

Garlic and onions, both rich in sulfur, can improve blood flow to tissues and reduce blood pressure. In addition, the sulfur helps support detoxification of environmental toxins.

Beets, leafy greens, and turmeric, with its active ingredient curcumin, all raise nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide relaxes blood vessels, improves circulation, and decreases inflammation. I recommend all of these foods but especially beets due to the large fiber content that helps bowel “circulation”. They also support the liver and gall bladder.

If you seek clarity about what foods or nutrients will improve your circulation and maximize your health, let me know if I can be of service.
